How does HomeRadar help me find a rental in the Netherlands?
HomeRadar collects listing data, checks it against your saved filters, and surfaces homes that match the preferences you set. The goal is to help you react to relevant Dutch rentals faster instead of manually scanning raw listings all day.
Can I try it before paying?
Not at the moment. Access starts after a one-time fixed-duration plan purchase.
What preferences can I set?
You can set the preferences that matter most for your search, such as city, districts, budget, room count, size, availability, property type, pets, delivery channels, and quiet hours. Those preferences shape how matching works.
How does matching work?
HomeRadar compares new listings with your saved filters and shows the ones that fit. Important details still come from third-party listing sources, so you should always confirm availability, price, and contract details on the original listing before applying.
How will I receive Dutch rental matches?
Matches show up in HomeRadar, and you can choose supported delivery channels such as phone or email when creating a filter.
Why do you charge for it?
We would prefer to keep the whole service free, but running crawlers, servers, storage, and maintenance costs real money. Paid plans keep HomeRadar sustainable.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You can use HomeRadar in your browser. We also have a mobile app if you prefer to review matches on your phone.
Can I add someone else to my search?
Yes. You can add one search buddy email from your profile. That person will also receive email updates for matching rentals, which can help if a partner, spouse, friend, or family member is helping with the search.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. After you pay for a plan, you can request a full refund during the 7 days after the original purchase date.
Does HomeRadar only cover housing in Amsterdam?
No. Housing in Amsterdam is one of the main use cases, but you can also search Dutch rentals in Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven, and other cities in the Netherlands.
Can I search multiple cities in NL at the same time?
Yes. You can create multiple filters so one search can focus on Amsterdam while others watch different Dutch cities or neighborhoods.
Do you contact landlords for me?
No. HomeRadar helps you discover matching homes and sends you the opportunities. Reaching out to landlords or agents is still up to you.
Is my data shared with anyone?
We do not sell your personal data. We may share the data needed to operate HomeRadar with service providers for hosting, authentication, notifications, billing, payment processing, support, and similar service functions. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile, open the Account tab, and use Delete account. You will see a confirmation modal before anything is deleted.
